Lessons for Permit Holders and Drivers License Holders

AMAR Driving School provides driving lessons to students over age 16, including international drivers. If you are between the ages of 16 and 85 and need to prepare for a road test or brush up on your driving skills, give us a call today. We accommodate our lesson plan, based on the students goal.

At this time we are not enrolling students who have only have a blue card from high school. The blue card from high school is not a NJ learners permit. We are only enrolling students who have a NJ Learners permit or a Drivers License. 

Servicing customers in Hudson (Jersey City, Secaucus, Hoboken and others) and Hunterdon Counties (Califon, Lebanon Township, Washington Township and others). 

 

International Drivers 

 If you have driven in another country and would like to learn how to learn in the US, our instructors can help. A New Jersey Learners Permit or NJ License is required. We have bi-lingual instructors. We have English, Spanish, Hindi, and Guajarati, speaking instructors. 

Road Test Service

All of our vehicles are fully insured and are in good condition for the road test. The student doesnt have to worry anything about the car or insurance on the day of the road test. 

We have all the required necessities for taking a student to the road test. When going to the Road Test please have valid six points Identification. The NJDMV six point id requirements can be found on this link:

Pre-Road Test Lessons

Pre-Road Test Lessons are highly recommended for students who are going to their Road Test on the day of the test. Our instructors will teach you the techniques you need to know for passing the road test. 

Pay Per Lesson

Our chargers are based on the number of lessons you choose to take and the type of service you prefer. One session/lesson is approximately 45 minutes.
